In November 2015 7 waterfront condos or townhomes sold in the Lake Norman area, a 12.5% decrease from the 8 Lake Norman waterfront condos sold in October. November 2015 sales figures decreased 30% from November 2014 when 10 Lake Norman waterfront condos sold.
The average sales price decreased .4% from $245,750 in October to $244,786 in November. The November 2015 average sales price decreased 17.4% from the November 2014 average sales price which was $296,450.
Average days on the market increased 47.5% from 61 in October to 90 days on the market in November. The November 2014 average days on the market were 121, a 25.6% decrease in market time.
Currently there are 41 Lake Norman waterfront condos listed in the MLS with 8 of those under contract, a 33% decrease from November. The average list price is $282,744, down 3.3% from last month. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront condo is listed at $149,900 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront condo is listed at $729,000.
