The average sales price decreased .4% from $245,750 in October to $244,786 in November. The November 2015 average sales price decreased 17.4% from the November 2014 average sales price which was $296,450.
Average days on the market increased 47.5% from 61 in October to 90 days on the market in November. The November 2014 average days on the market were 121, a 25.6% decrease in market time.
Currently there are 41 Lake Norman waterfront condos listed in the MLS with 8 of those under contract, a 33% decrease from November. The average list price is $282,744, down 3.3% from last month. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront condo is listed at $149,900 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront condo is listed at $729,000.

The average sales price decreased 16.4% from $293,853 in September to $245,750 in October. The October 2015 average sales price increased 17.1% from the October 2014 average sales price which was $209,778.
Average days on the market increased 1.7% from 60 in September to 61 in October. The October 2014 average days on the market were 85, a 28.2% decrease in market time.
Currently there are 50 Lake Norman waterfront condos listed in the MLS with 12 of those under contract, a 20% decrease from October. The average list price is $292,283, up .8% from last month.
