In April 2017 8 waterfront condos or townhomes sold in the Lake Norman area, a 63.6% decrease from the 22 Lake Norman waterfront condos sold in March 2017. April 2017 sales figures increased 60% from April 2016 when 5 Lake Norman waterfront condos sold.

The average sales price increased 19% from $298,545 in March to $355,363 in April. The April 2017 average sales price increased 45.1% from the April 2016 average sales price which was $244,950.

Average days on the market decreased 26.6% from 94 in March to 69 days on the market in April. The April 2016 average days on the market were 133, a 48.1% decrease in market time from one year ago.

Currently there are 18 active Lake Norman waterfront condos listed in the MLS with 11 also under contract, a 28.6% increase in active inventory from April. The average list price is $355,737, down 7% from last month. The lowest priced active Lake Norman waterfront condo is listed at $168,900 and the highest priced active Lake Norman waterfront condo is listed at $659,900.
