In August 2015 8 waterfront condos or townhomes sold in the Lake Norman area, a 50% decrease from the 16 Lake Norman waterfront condos sold in July. August 2015 sales figures increased 33.3% from August 2014 when 6 Lake Norman waterfront condos sold.
The average sales price decreased 13.3% from $282,656 in July to $244,938 in August. The August 2015 average sales price decreased 14.3% from the August 2014 average sales price which was $285,667.
Average days on the market decreased 16.9% from 83 in July to 69 in August. The August 2014 average days on the market were 47, a 46.8% increase in market time.
Currently there are 49 Lake Norman waterfront condos listed in the MLS with 11 of those under contract, a 0% decrease from August. The average list price is $293,894, down 1.3% from last month. The lowest priced Lake Norman waterfront condo is listed at $124,500 and the highest priced Lake Norman waterfront condo is listed at $750,000.
