The average sales price decreased 2.6% from $248,690 in November to $242,256 in December. The December 2016 average sales price decreased 35.8% from the December 2015 average sales price which was $377,333.

Average days on the market increased 89.2% from 37 in November to 70 days on the market in December. The December 2015 average days on the market were 66, a 6.1% increase in market time.

Currently there are 16 active Lake Norman waterfront condos listed in the MLS with 9 also under contract, a 0% decrease from December. The average list price is $334,818, up 5% from last month.
